You will be working one on one with a coach to create a fitness and nutrition program just for you. Our dedicated coaches love seeing you achieve your goals and will be with you every step of the way. Your coach will be there to support you, encourage you, motivate you, and hold you accountable throughout the 6-week challenge.

FIT BODY 30 MINUTE AFTERBURN WORKOUTS

Give us 30 minutes 3 days a week and you will love how quickly your body transforms. Our 30-minute workouts are quick and effective, giving you the fat-burning and muscle-toning you desire.

We are in the same shopping center as Romanacci & Bond Grill... Right down the block from Stew Leonard's!

WHEN DOES THE PROGRAM START?

The New Year New You Challenge starts on Monday, March 27th and will run for 12 weeks.

WHAT IF I HAVE A SPECIFIC INJURY OR CAN'T PERFORM A CERTAIN EXERCISE?

Our coaches can modify each workout to fit your specific needs, including prior injuries or specific dietary needs.

WHAT WILL BE REQUIRED OF ME?

We encourage you to workout a minimum of 3x per week for guaranteed results. A total of 90 minutes a week 😇

However, you have unlimited access to 42 sessions each week!

WHO IS THE PROGRAM FOR?

Women and men from any fitness level can take part in this program. Everyone is welcome here at FBBC!
