WHAT OUR KIDS
BOOT CAMP CONSISTS OF
Sessions include warm up, stretching, group exercises, circuit training, team building, partner exercises and other fun fitness activities. Our goal is to help kids increase their speed, agility, coordination, balance and mental & physical strength.
FIT BODY COACHING
Fit Body Boot Camp is not like your typical gym or fitness center. Every workout session is professionally designed and led by our nationally certified coaches who are driven to ensure kids get the most of their workout!

WHAT AGES CAN PARTICIPATE?
The Kids Boot Camp is open to children ages 5-10! Both boys and girls welcome, of course.
WHAT DAYS/TIMES IS THE KIDS BOOT CAMP TAKING PLACE?
The Kids Boot Camp will happen weekly on Tuesday and Friday from 10:30-11:15am.
WHAT IS THE PRICE OF THE KIDS BOOT CAMP?
The Kids Bootcamp is $25.99 weekly.*
*Prices do not include tax.
WHAT HAPPENS IF WE ARE GOING ON VACATION?
No biggie! Just let us know and we can put that week on freeze for free. The Kids Boot Camp is continuous so you'll just need to let us know!
WHEN IS THE KIDS BOOT CAMP STARTING?
June 28 will kick off the first week of Kids Boot Camp, but new kids can join any time after.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
The Kids Boot Camp is continuous until you decide to stop. We will just need two day notice before your next billing cycle... simple as that!
ARE THERE ANY DISCOUNTS?
Yes! You can get 10% off if you are currently a member at Fit Body Boot Camp, or if more than one child joins!
